The following definitions apply throughout these Terms & Conditions. Where the context permits, the singular includes the plural and vice versa.

Access to and use of the 8fd platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. Players who do not meet all eligibility criteria are strictly prohibited from registering or using any services on the platform.

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account with 8fd. The platform is exclusively available to adults. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. 8fd operates a zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling. Any account found to belong to a player under 18 will be immediately suspended, all funds frozen pending investigation, and any remaining balance returned to the original payment source after identity verification.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The 8fd platform is designed for and marketed to players located in Bangladesh. By registering, you confirm that you are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited for your personal use. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing 8fd is lawful in your location. 8fd makes no representation that the platform is appropriate or available for use outside Bangladesh.

2.3 One Account Per Player. Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on the 8fd platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared payment methods, or shared devices — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 8fd reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit any bonus funds, and withhold any winnings derived from duplicate account activity pending investigation.

2.4 Registration Information. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change. 8fd reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify the information provided, including a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification.

2.5 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your account access with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility until you notify 8fd's support team of any unauthorised access. 8fd recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS to reduce the risk of unauthorised account access.

By maintaining an account on the 8fd platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with the following obligations at all times.

3.1 Lawful Use Only. You agree to use the 8fd platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. You must not use the platform to engage in any activity that is fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful to 8fd, to other players, or to any third party. This includes, but is not limited to: collusion with other players, use of automated betting software or bots, manipulation of game outcomes, money laundering, or any form of bonus abuse.

3.2 Prohibited Activities. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 8fd platform:

• Using software, scripts, bots, or automated tools to interact with the platform in any way
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches for financial gain — any winnings derived from exploiting a known or unknown platform error are void and subject to reversal
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity with other players
• Creating accounts under false identities or using another person's personal information
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from any part of the 8fd platform
• Conducting transactions through the 8fd cashier that are unrelated to legitimate gambling activity
• Using the platform for any commercial purpose without prior written consent from 8fd

3.3 Account Responsibility. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 8fd support immediately via live chat or the support email. 8fd will investigate and take appropriate steps, which may include temporarily freezing your account to prevent further unauthorised activity.

3.4 Account Closure by Player. You may request closure of your 8fd account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method after completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus funds at the time of closure are forfeited unless wagering requirements have been fully met.

All financial transactions on the 8fd platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 8fd does not charge players for standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees independently of 8fd.

4.1 Supported Payment Methods. 8fd supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Supported methods may change from time to time. Current availability is displayed within the cashier section of your account. 8fd reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and ৳1,000 for bank card transactions. The maximum deposit per transaction may vary by payment method and account tier. Minimum withdrawal is ৳1,000. Maximum withdrawal limits per day and per week are displayed in the cashier and may differ based on your KYC verification status and VIP tier.

4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits via MFS (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited to your account balance in real time in most cases. Bank card deposits may take up to 15 minutes to process. If a deposit is not reflected in your balance within the expected timeframe, contact 8fd support with your transaction reference number.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes for MFS methods during normal operating hours. Bank card withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the issuing bank. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, system maintenance, or where additional identity verification is required.

4.5 Withdrawal Conditions. The following conditions must be met before a withdrawal can be processed:

• Your account must have completed KYC identity verification
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed the available real-money balance (bonus funds are not withdrawable until wagering requirements are fully met)
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used, where technically possible, in compliance with anti-money-laundering requirements
• No active chargeback or dispute may be in progress on the account

4.6 Anti-Money Laundering. 8fd maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) controls. Deposits must come from payment methods registered in your own name. You may not deposit funds on behalf of a third party, and withdrawals will only be processed to verified payment methods linked to your account. 8fd reserves the right to request documentation evidencing the source of funds deposited into your account, and to delay or refuse withdrawals where AML concerns arise pending investigation.

4.7 Refused Transactions. 8fd reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction at its discretion where fraud, AML risk, account policy violation, or technical error is identified. In such cases, 8fd will notify the player and provide an opportunity to resolve the matter through the standard support channel before any final determination is made.

8fd offers bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time the bonus is offered, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between specific promotional terms and these general terms, the specific promotional terms take precedence.

5.1 Wagering Requirements. All bonus funds credited to a player's account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in the individual promotion's terms. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means the player must place a total of ৳30,000 in qualifying wagers before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable. Wagers placed using bonus funds on restricted game categories do not contribute to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise.

5.2 Bonus Expiry. Bonus funds that are not wagered within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from the account balance automatically. The validity period for each bonus is communicated at the time the bonus is issued. 8fd is not obligated to provide advance notice of bonus expiry beyond the original terms communicated at the time of issuance.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. 8fd employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse. Activities considered to constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once, placing low-risk or hedged bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine wagering intent, exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose, and colluding with other players to distribute bonus value. Where bonus abuse is identified, 8fd reserves the right to void all bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and suspend or close the account.

5.4 Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions. 8fd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time, including withdrawing an offer before the stated end date where abuse, technical error, or unforeseen circumstances require it. Players who have already accepted a qualifying offer prior to its modification or withdrawal will be treated on the terms applicable at the time of acceptance, subject to 8fd's right to void offers where fraudulent activity is identified.

All games and betting markets available on the 8fd platform are governed by individual game rules published within the game interface or the relevant sports betting section. The following general principles apply across all game types.

6.1 Game Integrity. All casino games offered on the 8fd platform use certified random number generators (RNG) from verified third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Winnings from completed rounds will be credited to your account balance automatically upon reconnection. 8fd is not liable for losses arising from disconnections caused by your internet service provider, device failure, or factors outside 8fd's direct control.

6.4 Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game or betting market, 8fd reserves the right to void all bets placed during the affected period and refund the relevant stakes to player accounts. 8fd's decision in such matters is final. "Malfunction voids all pays" — this is a standard principle applied across all game types on the platform.

6.5 Responsible Wagering. 8fd encourages all players to wager only amounts they can afford to lose. The platform offers deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion tools to help players manage their gambling activity. 7.1 Deposit Limits. Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings panel. Deposit limit reductions take effect immediately. 7.2 Session Time Reminders. Players may configure session time reminders that display an on-screen notification after a specified period of continuous play. This feature is designed to encourage players to take regular breaks and maintain awareness of the time spent on the platform.

7.3 Cooling-Off Periods. Players may apply a temporary cooling-off period of between 24 hours and 30 days from account settings. 8.1 Ownership. All content on the 8fd platform — including but not limited to the website design, logo, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, code, and data — is the intellectual property of 8fd or its licensed third-party providers. All rights are reserved. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions constitutes a transfer or licence of any intellectual property rights to any player.

8.2 Permitted Use. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 8fd platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content on the 8fd platform without prior written authorisation from 8fd.

8.3 Third-Party Game Content. Game titles and associated content on the 8fd platform are provided under licence from third-party game developers and studios, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. All intellectual property rights in such content remain with the respective rights holders. 8fd makes no claim of ownership over third-party game content.

8.4 Feedback and Submissions. Any suggestions, ideas, or feedback you submit to 8fd regarding the platform may be used by 8fd without restriction and without any obligation to compensate you. By submitting feedback, you grant 8fd a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free licence to use, modify, and incorporate such feedback into the platform or related materials at its discretion.

9.1 Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 8fd shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of data, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, interruption of service, or any other intangible losses. 8fd's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player to their 8fd account in the 30 calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

9.2 Service Availability. 8fd targets a 99% platform uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The platform may be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or circumstances beyond 8fd's control. 8fd will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where possible. Players are not entitled to compensation for platform downtime unless a specific service level commitment has been made in writing by 8fd to that player.

9.3 Dispute Resolution. If you have a dispute regarding a bet outcome, a transaction, a bonus decision, or any other matter related to your 8fd account, you must contact 8fd's support team in the first instance. Most disputes can be resolved quickly via live chat or email. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, you may submit a formal written complaint to [email protected]. 8fd will acknowledge all formal complaints within 5 business days and provide a substantive response within 20 business days.

9.4 Final Decisions. In matters relating to game outcomes, system logs, and transaction records, 8fd's server records constitute the definitive record of events. Where a discrepancy exists between a player's recollection and 8fd's server logs, the server logs shall be treated as authoritative unless 8fd's own investigation identifies a technical error in the recorded data.

9.5 Governing Language. These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translated version of these terms, the English version shall prevail.

10.1 Right to Amend. 8fd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on record or via an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. Non-material clarifications or formatting updates may be made without specific notice. The current version of these Terms & Conditions, along with its effective date, is always available on this page.

10.2 Continued Use as Acceptance. Your continued use of the 8fd platform following the effective date of any amendment to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 3.4.

10.3 Termination by 8fd. 8fd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where: the player has breached these Terms & Conditions; fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activity is identified; the player has initiated a chargeback or payment reversal; or continued operation of the account poses a regulatory, legal, or financial risk to 8fd. Where an account is closed by 8fd due to a player breach, any remaining real-money balance may be withheld pending investigation. Bonus funds are forfeited in all cases of account termination for cause.

10.4 Survival of Terms. Sections of these Terms & Conditions that by their nature should survive termination — including provisions relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, dispute resolution, and definitions — shall remain in full force and effect following the termination of a player's account.

10.5 Entire Agreement. These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific promotional terms applicable to bonuses accepted by the player, constitute the entire agreement between the player and 8fd with respect to the use of the platform, and supersede all prior representations, agreements, or understandings, whether written or oral.
